Move-Out Cleaning Services
Moving can be stressful, but Tidy Life Co. makes it easier with our comprehensive move-out cleaning services. Whether you’re a tenant looking to secure your deposit or a homeowner preparing to sell, we ensure your space is left spotless and move-in ready for the next occupants.
General Cleaning In All Areas:​​

Remove cobwebs from corners and ceilings

Clean ceiling fans and light fixtures

Clean mirrors and glass surfaces (interior of windows is an additional service)

Wipe down baseboards and trim
-
Floors vacuumed and/or mopped
-
Wipe down windowsills and ledges
-
Wipe down switch covers
-
Wipe down door trim, faces, and knobs.

Clean air return vent (if accessible)​​

Bathrooms:

Clean and disinfect toilets, sinks, showers, and bathtubs,

Clean and disinfect countertops
-
Clean mirrors and glass surfaces
-
Floors vacuumed and/or mopped
Kitchen:

Clean interior and exterior of all appliances.

Wipe down interior and exterior of all cabinets and drawers.

Countertop/Backsplash/Sink cleaned & disinfected

Faucets and handles cleaned and polished.

Floors vacuumed and/or mopped
Bedrooms:

Wipe down closet interiors(shelves, rods, baseboards)

In order to provide the highest quality of cleaning service, home must be completely empty at time of cleaning. All utilities must be on at the time of cleaning. (Water, electricity, etc.)​

Please note that if service is cancelled with less than 48-hour notice, we are unable to gain entry to the property, or we are turned away at the door, a cancellation of $50 will be charged to the card on file.

We are unable to climb higher than a 2-step ladder. Higher items will only be dusted with an extension tool, to the best of our ability.

Please allow for some dust resettlement after we leave, we do our best to eliminate all dust in the air but cannot prevent this from happening entirely.
Post Construction Cleaning
This comprehensive cleaning involves the removal of small construction debris, dust, and residues left behind during the building process. The goal is to ensure a pristine and safe environment by addressing both visible and hidden remnants, leaving the space ready for occupancy. The process typically includes cleaning surfaces, floors, windows, and fixtures, making the newly constructed or renovated area inviting, hygienic, and aesthetically pleasing.

Remove Construction Debris:

Sweep and vacuum all surfaces to eliminate dust and debris.

Dispose of leftover construction debris appropriately.

Dust and Wipe Surfaces:
-
Dust all surfaces, including walls, ceilings, and light fixtures.

Wipe down walls and trim to remove excess residue.

Clean Windows and Glass:

Remove paint splatters and stickers from windows.
-
Clean interior of windows. (exterior windows are done if can be reached from a 3 step ladder)

Floor Cleaning:
-
Vacuum carpets thoroughly to remove dust and dirt.
-
Vacuum and mop all hard floors, ensuring all grime is removed.

Kitchen Cleanup:
-
Wipe down all kitchen surfaces, including countertops, appliances, backsplash.
-
Clean inside and outside of cabinets and drawers.

Bathroom Sanitization:

Scrub and disinfect bathroom fixtures, including sinks, toilets, and showers.

Clean mirrors and glass surfaces.

Interior Detailing:
-
Wipe down doors, doorknobs, and light switches.

Dust and clean air vents and grilles.
​
Exterior Detailing:
-
Clean exterior windows. (if they can be reached with a 2 step ladder)
-
Sweep and clean entryways and porches.

Final Inspection:
-
Walkthrough to ensure all areas are clean and free of construction residue.
-
Address any touch-ups or additional cleaning as needed.
