This comprehensive cleaning involves the removal of small construction debris, dust, and residues left behind during the building process.  The goal is to ensure a pristine and safe environment by addressing both visible and hidden remnants, leaving the space ready for occupancy.  The process typically includes cleaning surfaces, floors, windows, and fixtures, making the newly constructed or renovated area inviting, hygienic, and aesthetically pleasing.

Remove Construction Debris:

  • Sweep and vacuum all surfaces to eliminate dust and debris.

  • Dispose of leftover construction debris appropriately.

Dust and Wipe Surfaces:

  • Dust all surfaces, including walls, ceilings, and light fixtures.

  • Wipe down walls and trim to remove excess residue.

​

Clean Windows and Glass:

  • Remove paint splatters and stickers from windows.

  • Clean interior of windows. (exterior windows are done if can be reached from a 3 step ladder)

​

Floor Cleaning:

  • Vacuum carpets thoroughly to remove dust and dirt.

  • Vacuum and mop all hard floors, ensuring all grime is removed.

​

Kitchen Cleanup:

  • Wipe down all kitchen surfaces, including countertops, appliances, backsplash.

  • Clean inside and outside of cabinets and drawers.

​

Bathroom Sanitization:

  • Scrub and disinfect bathroom fixtures, including sinks, toilets, and showers.

  • Clean mirrors and glass surfaces.

​

Interior Detailing: 

  • Wipe down doors, doorknobs, and light switches.

  • Dust and clean air vents and grilles.

​

Exterior Detailing:

  • Clean exterior windows. (if they can be reached with a 2 step ladder)

  • Sweep and clean entryways and porches.

​

Final Inspection:

  • Walkthrough to ensure all areas are clean and free of construction residue.

  • Address any touch-ups or additional cleaning as needed.

***Please note:  In order for a post-construction clean to be completed efficiently and effectively, all work on the home must be completed and all utilities must be on and working correctly.***

  • In order to provide the highest quality of cleaning service, we ask that the home is reasonably clutter free.  Please pick up clothes, toys, shoes, etc.  If excess clutter is present, we will do our best to clean around the items.  We do not clean the following: display areas such as lego’s, nerf guns, etc., diaper pails, pet waste.

  • Please note that if service is cancelled with less than 48-hour notice, we are unable to gain entry to the property, or we are turned away at the door, a cancellation of $50 will be charged to the card on file.

  • We are unable to climb higher than a 2-step ladder.  Higher items will only be dusted with an extension tool, to the best of our ability.

​

  • We do not move furniture or appliances; however, we will do our best to clean visible areas by hand, with an extension tool, or a vacuum.

  

  • Please allow for some dust resettlement after we leave, we do our best to eliminate all dust in the air but cannot prevent this from happening entirely.
